Frank Goller – CEO

Frank, a German national, has been an early entrepreneur. After a one year exchange program at a High School in San Diego, USA, he co-founded an advertising agency for electronic media, which was later successfully sold to a large competitor. He joined Deloitte Consulting and worked there for almost 10 years as a Manger on international projects. He focused on manufacturing as well as the healthcare industry.

He graduated from the University of Cologne, Germany as Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA) and studied International Managements at Bocconi University – Milan, Italy. He relocated to Chennai in 2009, where he took up a position at IHHC to provide quality care for patients at their bedside.

Dr. Anitha Arockiasamy – Head of Clinical Operations

Dr. Anitha had over 8 years of experience in both clinical and management domains of healthcare industry. Prior to working with IHHC, she worked as a strategy consultant for the Healthcare Practice of Technopak Advsiors. She has a strong background in operations, having worked for various healthcare providers in India and the United States.

Dr. Anitha is a physician with Masters in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore USA.

S.N.S. Ashalatha – Home Health Clinical Supervisor

S.N.S. Ashalatha has been with IHHC from day one. she as over 20 year of experience in nursing and nurse care management across India.

She retired as Lt. Colonel (Nursing) from the Indian Army before joining the team.
