Mr. V.Thiyagarajan – Managing Director

V.Thiyagarajan is founder and CEO of Sybrant. His first home-away-from-home was Camac Software Founder CEO, a research & development outsourcing company focused on network products. His career started as a systems design engineer in the embedded systems space doing hardware and software design and was involved in large scale implementation of SCADA projects. He also had a consulting stint in technology and strategy for Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, telecom, financial services, logistics and industrial/building automation industries. In his last assignment, he was instrumental in creating a $32 Million outsourced product development company within a few years.

He is the initiator behind IHHC. The idea grew out of the pain of finding a home care nurse for the parents of a friend. This experience was the seed which evolved into IHHC.

Mr. Sameer Mehta – Director

Mr. Mehta is a Director of Dr. Mehta’s Hospitals and has over 15 years of top-tier management consulting, multi-national operating and entrepreneurial business development experience. Over his career, he has held many senior leadership positions within various family businesses including healthcare, food manufacturing and trading. He has also worked in senior business development, strategy, technical and operations management positions with Shell, BP, ICI, Exxon and in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

He is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He is also a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng), Professional European Engineer (EUR ING), a Chartered Scientist (CSci) and a Chartered Global Environmentalist (CEnv). He is a former management consultant with McKinsey & Company (USA) where he served leading global industrial, VC and PE clients.

As being associate with the healthcare industry for many years, Sameer understands the benefits of homecare for the hospitals and the patients.

Frank Goller – Director & CEO

Frank, a German national, has been an early entrepreneur. After a one year exchange program at a High School in San Diego, USA, he co-founded an advertising agency for electronic media, which was later successfully sold to a large competitor. He joined Deloitte Consulting and worked there for almost 10 years as a Manger on international projects. He focused on manufacturing as well as the healthcare industry.

He graduated from the University of Cologne, Germany as Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA) and studied International Managements at Bocconi University – Milan, Italy. He relocated to Chennai in 2009, where he took up a position at IHHC to provide quality care for patients at their bedside.
