Each assignment is started off by the first call, where information is collected over the phone. Following this we have the initial visit by a senior nurse together with the staff to perform an in-depth assessment of the patient.

IHHC is aware of the problems the family members have who do not live in India. Many of them have elderly parents in India and they have no possibility to regularly check up on them.

For all those IHHC has developed a Service Offering, which ensures continues monitoring of the health condition of the parents and a regular feedback to the family members outside of India.
