The home healthcare demand in India is provided to a large extend by agencies who refer staff to the patient. As there are no guidelines or regulations, the patient cannot be sure that the staff send is trained and equipped to handle the care.

Therefore IHHC has established a clear process on the requirements for our staff. Each candidate has to undergo a interview process followed by a background check.

Only then the candidate is enrolled in the initial training courses.
