Depending on the need of the patient, the right suited staff will be selected. We differentiate our staff as follows:

Registered Nurses

Our registered nurses are full trained nurses and are registered with the nursing council of the state. We are proud to be able to offer our patients registered nurses, as no other organization in India is doing this. We provide the registered nurse a clear career path, which provides them the long-term security to work in homecare.

Associated Nurses

Our associated nurses are professionally trained staff. We recruit them from leading institutes after their 1 to 2 years training program. By providing them an initial practical training in our partner hospitals, the staff is fast gaining confident to provide basic healthcare to the patient at home.

Patient Care Taker

Our patient care takers are trained in providing the basic help to an ailing patient. To ensure the quality of the care, each patient care taker is under the supervision of a registered nurse, who will visit the patient and the personal care taker on a regular basis. The registered nurse will assess the health status of the patient at that time and will – if required – adjust the care plan.
