J. Mark Baiada founded BAYADA Home Health Care in 1975 with the mission and goal of helping people receive health care at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. More than three decades later, BAYADA has grown from its humble beginnings to become a national leader in home health care, serving clients in 25 states from more than 250 offices. As Mark Baiada says, “We recognize the trust our clients place in us every time BAYADA enters their homes, and we understand nothing is more important than their safety and well-being. We provide the highest quality care in the home spanning every age group and level of care: from pediatrics to geriatrics, and from critical care to just being there.”

Mark received his MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business in 1970 and his BA from Rutgers College in 1969. Prior to founding BAYADA, he was a market researcher for Avon Products, New York, NY and the American Thread Company, Stamford, CT.
