Job summary:

The Nursing Ambassador performs the initial visit of the hospitals and develops a healthy relation. Title: Clinical Assessment Specialist

Location : Bangalore

Job summary:

The clinical assessment specialist performs the initial pre-assessment of the client and ensures case conversion. The Clinical Assessment Specialist is responsible for identifying the needs and problems of the client and to devise a care plan accordingly. He/she is also responsible for appropriate documentation and reporting of the same.

Essential job duties:

  1. When a clinical assessment specialist meets a patient, he or she must be able to determine the patient’s symptoms, the patient’s condition and the patient’s background.
  2. A clinical assessment specialist must be able to use various research gathering tools such as interviews and questionnaires. At the same time, the nurse should be able to look for verbal and physical clues.
  3. Emotional and psychological facts are of equal importance when it comes to gathering data for a patient. Therefore a clinical assessment specialist should be able to gather mental and psychological information as well.
  4. Basic patient vitals, pulse, breathing and medical information such as allergies etc. must be collected throughout the patient’s stay.
  5. The clinical assessment specialist should assess the Work environment of the client to know the feasibility of care delivery.
  6. Devise an appropriate , holistic care plan based on the client condition, needs and problems
  7. To ensure up to date current medication of the client are filled
  8. A clinical assessment specialist must also be able to interpret patient information as it changes over the course of time. This information must also be shared with lead physicians.
  9. A clinical assessment specialist must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as they will be in constant contact with the patient and family members.
  10. Work together in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationship.
  11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
  12. Be up to date with changes in nursing profession and be abreast of the changes.
  13. Train new joinees on clinical client assessment.
  14. Document and maintain records- pre-assessment form, work environment form, current medications and care plan.
  15. Help in achieving the targets as proposed by the management

Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary:

The collection executive is primarily in charge of the payment collection from the client for the service provided and for the maintenance of office administration tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Primary task is to collect payment from clients
  • Get payment from CC (Client coordinator) as and when they receive the payment from client.
  • Be responsible for all payment collection to be made from client 
  • Maintain a record book of deposit details of amount deposited in bank on monthly basis and get it verified from Operations manager

  • Get to know all clients once new client is converted and be available for collection
  • Report to office primarily and then go for collection

Job Title: Human Resource Executive(HRM)

Job Summary

The HRM is primarily responsible for the recruitment, retention and maintenance of the most asset of the organization- Human Resources

Duties & Responsibilities 

  1. Provide freelancer as and when request comes from CC/ CSE/ CRE upon case confirmation after checking the bench staff availability
  2. Recruit field staff( RN, CT, AN) on a regular basis depending upon the requirements
  3. HR Orientation to be given to all staffs before on-boarding.
  4. Recruit staffs for admin positions as and when applicable.
  5. Ensure to maintain the decorum at office.
  6. Orientation to be given to all field and admin staffs.
  7. Co-ordinate technical round of interview for all staffs 
  8. Provide offer letter for newly joined field staffs
  9. Provide pay slips for all field staffs every month
  10. Shall be the first point of contact for any issues arising out of field staff salary, leave balance, PF, ESI, health insurance and all other issues relating to the same.
  11. Maintain the admin staff attendance file and update the same to accounts team on monthly basis for salary processing.
  12. Coordinate with CSE/ Quality manager for staff quality check
  13.  Per shift cost for freelancers to be fixed depending upon the case.
  14. Arrange for BGV verification for all newly joined staffs
  15. Responsible for Field staff and admin staff attendance report and salary processing.
  16. To maintain field staff employment files.
  17. Co ordinate with manpower agencies for manpower supply.
